SIU Dubai UG

Candidates aspiring to join the undergraduate program of Symbiosis International University, Dubai have to fill an online registration form.

CATEGORY

    Foreign National (FN):
    A student is eligible to apply as a Foreign National (FN) if he/she is a citizen of any country other than UAE and holds a foreign passport.

    UAE Resident:
    A student is eligible to apply as a UAE resident if he/she holds a UAE Resident visa or Emirates id

ELIGIBILITY

Prospective students must have completed 12th Grade or equivalent examination from recognized Board/ University.

Students who have appeared for their 12th Grade or equivalent examination and awaiting their final results can also apply but their admission will be subject to obtaining required percentage of marks or equivalent grade before commencement of the program. Admission of such candidate will be provisional and will be cancelled in the event of non-fulfilment of the above stated criteria.

An English Proficiency Test is mandatory. The following are the options with minimum requirements:

  • IELTS Academic (5.0)
  • Paper-based TOEFL (500)
  • Internet-based TOEFL (61)
  • Computer-based TOEFL (173)
  • EmSAT English (1100)
  • Other CAA/MoE approved tests
Important: It is the responsibility of the candidate to ascertain whether she/he possesses the requisite qualifications for admission. Having been admitted provisionally does not mean acceptance of eligibility. Final eligibility for admission will be decided by Symbiosis International University, Dubai on verification of original documents.

PREPARATION FOR FILLING THE APPLICATION FORM

Be ready with a soft copy of the following mandatory documents:
  1. Recent passport size photo (not more than three months old) in .jpg, .jpeg, .png or .gif formats, with size between 10 KB to 100 KB to be uploaded to your application form.
  2. 10th Grade Mark sheet, 12th Grade Mark sheet, (Front and Back): Scan both sides of your mark sheets. If they're not in English, include certified English translations, Passport in .jpg, .jpeg, .doc or .pdf formats, with size between 10 KB to 1024 KB to be uploaded to your application form.
  3. Predicted Score or Pre-Board Marks (If 12th final marksheet is not available): Please take your School Principal's endorsement on the school letterhead.
  4. Passport and Identity: Photocopy of Valid Passport / Emirates ID Number.
  5. Statement of Purpose (1000 words): Reflect on your strengths, weaknesses, academic achievements, and goals for SIU, Dubai.
  6. Two Original Letters of Recommendation: Attested by school teachers / Principal who have known you for at least two years
  7. CV (Curriculum Vitae): Highlight your experiences and accomplishments.
  8. English Proficiency Test Result.

Instructions

  • You will receive an email from SIU, Dubai with your login credentials for filling in the application form and for future correspondence. Check spam mail if it is not shown in your Inbox.

  • Fill in the personal & educational details. Please upload required documents.

FILLING UP OF AUTHENTIC INFORMATION IN ONLINE REGISTRATION AND APPLICATION FORMS

  • A candidate is required to fill in the correct/ authentic information in the online registration and application forms.
  • Please note that if any information provided by a candidate is found to be incorrect, the University is within its rights to cancel the admission

UNDERTAKING

  1. I have checked the eligibility criteria for the program, which I wish to pursue before registration. SIU, Dubai will not be responsible, if I apply for a program for which I am not eligible.

  2. This form is an integral part of the admission process. I have provided correct information. I am aware that admission granted based on incorrect information will be cancelled.

  3. I agree that admission decisions are not solely dependent on choices provided by me in the application form. All decisions made by the Admission Committee are final considering the eligibility and selection criteria.

  4. I am aware that if I register and fulfil the basic eligibility criteria it does not guarantee my admission for Symbiosis International University, Dubai.

  5. In all matters regarding admission to the program, the decision of SIU, Dubai will be final and binding. No correspondence from the applicant with respect to his/her non-selection will be entertained.

  6. I am aware that, 'No capitation or donation is charged in Symbiosis International University, Dubai'.

  7. I know that any dispute will be settled by arbitration, subject to the jurisdiction of Pune.

  8. The admission confirmation letter does not guarantee confirmation of admission. The admission will be confirmed only after completing of eligibility formalities.
